Bench/OHP tends to fall during a cut. Add more presses / reduce others during a cut?

I'm notice others also tend to lose some strength particularly on the presses. So does it make sense to add a bit of volume there, perhaps replacing sets of lifts that are stable? I don't mind doing a set of bench or OHP on non bench days if it would help during a cut.

Substituting lower calorie foods - any changes you have made that you liked?

I’m 6’5” and 215lb currently. While I wouldn’t call myself lanky I can see a my upper ribs on each side but still have smaller love handles and fat covering my abs. I don’t see much muscle and am wondering if I should bulk or cut.

Ok. So through out my teens I was eating a lot of sweets = e.g. 6snickersadayinaweek

is it possible that the fat I have in my stomach became part of me? just like people who smoke 3 packs of cigarettes a day, and the body demands them to smoke.
