Post Human Growth Hormone (HGH)

Let me start by saying I am not seeking any advice or opinions on fasting as a whole. I have done extensive research and know everything I need to know on that front. Now, there is one thing that I'm having trouble finding an answer for and I'm hoping maybe someone here is knowledgeable....

What is the best pathway to my goal?

I'm currently 175 pounds, 6'0, 19 years old. I estimate/weigh my bodyfat % around 20-22%. I workout 5 times a week, PPL split with heavy compound lifts. As well, I do 3/30 minute HIIT sessions on the treadmill per week. Nutrition-wise, I eat 1500-1600 calories a day (~200 deficit), and try to...

Blood sugar plummeting during steady state cardio.

I'm having this issue more frequently than I'd like: When doing long sessions of low intensity steady state cardio (either walking or recumbent bike), I'll feel my blood sugar really nosedive somewhere around 35-45 minutes in. I start to feel shaky and it's like all the strength goes out of my...

Hi, I'm 178cm (5ft 10). I'm not sure where I'm at -- maybe 20% but happy to be told otherwise. My dream goal right now is to get to 15%. Never been here. How much fat in grams do I need to lose to achieve this? Thank you in advance!

Transitioning to a cut

Hey, finally hit my goal weight, and I’m going to transition into a cut. I’ve scaled back the calories and I figured out what my current maintenance calories are. My question is if I should stay at maintenance calories for a few weeks to a month, or if I should just jump right into a cut.

Losing more Muscle Than Fat

Tracking my body composition using the Tanita scale it keeps showing me losing more muscle than fat. I've been doing IF and hitting the gym regularly on a calorie restricted diet. I eat mostly protein and vegetables. Is it possible that the muscle loss is actually just water loss? Any tips...

I've hit a plateau and don't know what to do..

A year ago I weighed 150lbs at 5'3". I restricted my calories to 1200 per day and within 5 months I lost 30lbs. I currently am trying to lose 10-15 more and it seems impossible. Going lower than 1200 is extremely hard. I also work a sedentary job and dont go to the gym but i walk about 6000 steps...

Strength training post back surgery

Hi all! Never posted before so I'll keep it short. I gained 50 plus pounds after spinal surgery 5 years ago and have become a complete mess. I returned to work too early after surgery and I'm a police/fire dispatcher so I'm stuck in a chair 12 hours... definitely did not help my healing process....

Any advice before I start dieting for the new year?

Going to start dieting, I tested myself to see if I could eat 2000 calories for at least 4 days and I did. I just broke it however to enjoy some holiday feasting with family. We don't celebrate New years really so that's when I'm starting, also seems good to have fresh year to start in. So yeah,...

Newbie questio about training routing

I recently completed 3 months of a "Bro Split" routine - 4 days a week, one body part a day -- and all of a sudden I've realised that I actually have made some appreciable muscle gains. It's motivating me to carry on. But I've also realised after reading and listening to experienced lifters that...

What are ways to make you feel less hungrly? Is it possible to go on a calorie deficit diet (500c deficit) and feel full everyday. Maybe I'm just weak minded. Current weight: 145kg, 5'10
