Cut or keep bulking

How do you guys deal with caffeine tolerance?

Seems I need 2 days off it for every one I use it to suppress hunger and raise energy. Otherwise withdrawal headaches and tolerance will set in. Curious how you guys manage this to keep reaping the benefits of caffeine without lowering your effectively on off days
