Loose skin after weight loss?

I plan to go from 310 to 200ish and the main thing I'm worried about is loose skin. I'm planning on building muscle the same time I'm losing, so hopefully that'll help. I've seen some people with really bad loose skin after weight loss and it's always been a fear of mine.

14 lbs weight loss

Hey! I’m a 29 year old female, 5’5, currently weighing 126 lbs. I’d like to lose 12 lbs in 15 weeks, so my goal weight is 114 lbs. This equals out to about 0.8 lbs weight loss per week. Is this reasonable? My plan is to eat 1500-1550 calories per day, and work out 2-3x per week. Thanks!

Quitting fast food addiction
