1 year to reach my goal? What should i do

Okay so i weight 185 pounds and im 75"tall. To reach 154 pounds it would take me 14 months with 2000 calories a day I dont have any muscles or anything. But im wondering since i dont have any muscle Alternative one and two 1. Should i just starve myself down to 70kg in maybe 3-4 months....
