What bf% should I reach before lean bulking?

Hi guys im just wondering what bf % or weight should i stop my cut and lean bulk? Before I was 171 lbs. Currenty at 129 lbs 5'3 in height I've lost a total of 42 lbs. Here is my before and after picture.
