Competing in Both Classic Physique and Men's Open

If I do a crossover in the same show for both of these categories, will using the same posing routine for both be frowned upon and affect my score? Or would that be okay to do?

Question Teenage competitions

I am in no rush to start competing since I know I am not near the necessary requirement, but in a few years I think I might be able too. How do you know if you are ready to start competing and what stats are good for teenage bodybuilders?

How many weeks out does this look ?

Hi team, I am wanting to compete in BBing again. Took 5 years off to focus on powerlifting and strongman. Judging by these pics, would 12 weeks out be too little of time ? I have my doubts.. Might need more than 12 weeks.. I want to have shredded glutes, like fully showing and I am prepared...

Question Ripped to $h!t... How to get ultra lean?

Hi everyone! An avid (all-natural) body-builder in my 20s & 30s, I managed to get fairly buff but never ultra lean. I mean, you could see striations in most of my muscles (shoulder, chest, back & legs) but I never got my abs to really, really pop (Like competitive body-builders do... which I...

i hate shaving body hair

If I don't shave my body hair every day, then the stubble adheres to my clothing like velcro and feels terrible. If I do shave it every day, that takes too much time. How the hell to bodybuilders cope with staying hairless all the time?

Hi everyone! Not sure where to post this but I need serious help. After bodybuilding for 2-3 years and putting on good muscle mass, I decided to go on a serious cut that turned into an eating disorder in June/july 2016. I went from about 175 lbs down to 139 in a month, and kept that weight for 6...

Water in Final Week to Contest

What type of water do you recommend drinking during the final week leading up to a bodybuilding competition? I heard some advise drinking distilled water, and others advise drinking "low sodium" water (whatever that means). Isn't all water basically zero sodium?

Tofu For Bodybuilding Competition Diet?

Confused with coach approaches to nutrition
