Tanning Solution

I will be competing in a natural bodybuilding competition, and just found out that they do not allow Dream Tan. I remember Dream Tan was the tanning solution most everyone was using back in the early 2000's. I have returned to competition after a 17 year layoff, so I am a bit behind the times. ...

How to pick posing trunks

NPC? OCB? IFPA? Pro Card? So confused! Please help clarify.

I have recently begun prep for my first ever figure competition. I chose an OCB show that is close to me. It said that winners of the open will move on to another level, which is an IFPA Pro Qualifier. That all makes sense to me. However, I see that a lot of the "Pro Qualifier" shows listed have...

Prepping for very first competition

Haven't ever had a desire to compete, just to get big as fuark. Currently 5'10 245lbs. My goal this year was to get to 250 with abs (so around 10-12% bodyfat.) new coach or wait?

Long story short: I met a lady at the gym who is an ex-bodybuilder. We hit it off and exchanged info when I asked if she did any coaching. I asked how much, and she said she wasn’t charging me--she was excited to get back into the sport again. We would meet up at the gym once a week or once every...
