Hi everyone! I love the look of bikini fitness and would like to prep for a competition myself. I went to see a coach and he told me I would need a slightly longer collar bones and slightly smaller hips - obviously, I can´t do anything with bones and it made me sad. So is this really lost...

Aiming to compete

In roughly 100 weeks. It's a long term goal, but I'm preparing every day. Any advice? Is 100 weeks far enough out or should I even be thinking of competing that soon? Ignore the silly Charlie Brown face, just making fun of myself a little for being tired.

Smile Figure vs. Bikini; Too thick for either?

I've been contemplating competing for a while now, as I've been lifting for almost 8 years but have never quite nailed down the diet end of it. I think I am in a decent place from a body comp standpoint to take the plunge, though. My concerns have to do with the competition division I should...

Regional vs national look

Would you come in to a regional npc show as hard as you would to a national npc show if you could? Or do you think being that hard would hurt you in regional placing? I know it sounds dumb, but it does seem like the regional shows reward for softer physique while the national level does the...

Am I gonna make it? (should I complete?)

Hey, I wasn't sure if this was the correct sub forum to post it but in my mind it made the most sense. I recently underwent a pretty big fat loss over the past 5 months, 55 lbs to be exact which was my goal (sitting in 185lbs, came down from 240lbs). I've never been a bodybuilder but...

Natty organizations using FFMI

Has anyone seen this before? I am planning to compete in the GNBF in May which is linked to the INBA. When I was going over the entry form it said they check the FFMI of all men's bodybuilding competitors and if you are over 25 you cannot compete. I've only competed in the NPC in the states so...
