"breading"?

so i got some of those pork rinds. aaaaand unlike the last time i tried keto, i can't stomach them by themselves. BUT, i figured.... can i use them like breading? what do y'all think?

"Milk"

I was craving milk and tried this on a whim. I mixed about 1/4 cup of heavy cream, 2 cups of water, and 1 packet of Splenda. The result was slightly too creamy and slightly too sweet, but otherwise it was pretty milk-like. I'll keep experimenting to find the right cream/water/sweetener ratio.

Thumbs up "Pancake like" - recipe.

ingredients - 6 egg whites, xanthan gum. instructions - whip up the egg whites and 1\2 tea spoon xanthan gum until really really stiff peaks, put them into a tin and bake at 180 degress for 15 minuts, top with chocolate dip\syrup, pancake syrup. taste amazing and its really filling.

"Rice"

Cauliflower - boiled then grated... that`s it.. For the second picture i oiled a pan with butter, fried some grated onion till transparent then added the "rice" and some liver + seasonings.. yuum.. :D

1 minute flax muffins

1 egg 2 tbsp flax mill Cinnamon (to taste) Sweetener (to taste) Mix all up in coffee cup and micromave for 1 minute. Dump out on to plate (it shouldnt stick). Would probably be good with cocoa too. 130 calories approximately

100 g of cauliflower?

I don't have a food scale but was wondering if anyone knows what 100g of grated caulifower would be. Half a head? Was going to cook some in butter to substitute for rice. 100g of cauliflower has 2g of sugar so I wanted to not overdo it.
