Birth control

So I’m 17 right now and I’ve been lifting for about 3 or 4 years. My pr for deadlifts is 235, squat 230, and hip thrust 470. I’ve been making lots of progress lately and I’m happy with it. Post I am 5'1". Went from 89 lbs to 106 lbs in a year. Should I keep gaining?

I kept track of my calories and drank a lot of home made shakes with whey protein and butter. I also did weight lifting consistently for 3 months and noticed my thighs and legs don't fit in my pants anymore. I haven't gained any fat to fill out my cheeks though. My cheeks started sinking from...

Smile OFFICIAL Cutting Support Thread (Oh noez, not the evil C word!) (no emo)

Hurrow everyone. Thought I would start one of these. We have a bulking thread, and I figure that after all the winter months, there are most likely others (like me) working on cutting down some. So I guess I thought it'd be cool if we posted our progress here. :) Pics are always a bonus as well!...

Hormonal birth control experiences?

Question Bulking if you're fat?

Hi all :) I've been doing some research on bulking and cutting, and the common theme is that in order to gain muscle you need to eat a calorie surplus/gain weight. But my question is, what if you're already overweight? I am I don't want to gain more. I'm basically just...

For Females. What was your first bench press when you started?

I normally saw females benching somewhere between 70-90 lbs when they benched for the first time. I know one 16 year old girl, who benched 100 lbs for reps recently, and she only benched for first time. I think that's pretty awesome and too impressive for even guys.
