Question Can exercise make you aggressive?

Believe it or not, I'm pretty mild mannered IRL :p Whenever people did things, I'd bite it back, maybe seethe inwardly but generally, do nothing. Until a few weeks ago. ;) . now I'm kicking people's arses as soon as they mess with me. Once for THAT gym guy, and twice for my PT. It's not just my...

7 months bulk = gained 10 pounds

The bulking thread is kind of dead so just thought I'd share... I started bulking somewhere in september and gained around 10 pounds since then (I was 118 back then and I am now 128 pounds). I was around 17% BF according to a trainer that used calipers. I know they aren't accurate but it sort of...

Smile OFFICIAL Cutting Support Thread (Oh noez, not the evil C word!) (no emo)

Hurrow everyone. Thought I would start one of these. We have a bulking thread, and I figure that after all the winter months, there are most likely others (like me) working on cutting down some. So I guess I thought it'd be cool if we posted our progress here. :) Pics are always a bonus as well!...

Running is making her legs thicker?

I'm here to ask if this is possible. My girl friend works out a lot. She walks on her treadmill twice a day for a total of 1-2 hours. She goes to the gym 3x/week to have personal training sessions. She looks fantastic. I've been running about 12-15 miles a week (3 miles at a time), and she...

So far I have been working out for 6 weeks and started out at 27.1 bf. I was at 23.4 two weeks ago when I got my scan. I added cardio almost every day to my routine after lifting. For Females. What was your first bench press when you started?

I normally saw females benching somewhere between 70-90 lbs when they benched for the first time. I know one 16 year old girl, who benched 100 lbs for reps recently, and she only benched for first time. I think that's pretty awesome and too impressive for even guys.
