Omron BF setting: "athlete" or "normal" ?

Maybe a stupid question, but what do I input on my OMRON body fat analizer 'Normal' or 'Athlete' ? Because, the numbers differ 2-3 percent. As an 'athlete' I just measured at %15.6 , but as a 'normal' I measured at %13.6 Which one do I go by? Anyone? I work out pretty hard (4-5 times a week).

You favorite inner thigh exercises?

Hello! At the moment I'm working on toning my inner thighs. I would love it if you shared your favorite inner thigh exercises with me. What works best for you? Also I don't currently have access to gym equipment, so exercises that can be done at home are best. Thanks!

Angry 4 month bulk ended bad?

So last year April- mid August I was cutting, i started at around 150 pounds and ended near130, so lost about 20 pounds. I wish I knew my bf% then but I'd say I was borderline lean. My abs were there when I flexed, but not so much when I was normal. I'm 5'7 and 18 years old. Been lifting a few...

Red face How long to bulk for? (Skinny fat)

I'm 5'6 120lbs. I was 132 lbs "skinny fat" 1 year ago and cut down to 120lbs, (lost about 1lb per month) ... so basically just became a smaller version of myself with the same proportions. I did gain some muscle and my stomach is flatter now but I am weak and I can't lift as heavy as before. ...

Is there a limit to how small your waist gets?

I have been working out for about 2 weeks now and I am proud that I am making progress. I don't own a scale at home so I am not really sure how much I weigh. But the last time I weighed myself at the doctor, I was around 150 pounds, more or less. 2 weeks ago, I started off with a measurement of...

Discouraged

I don't really know where else to share this but. . . I've lurked for a long time and I've looked at a lot of youtube videos or different types of lifts to get an idea of what is what. I've been doing this for years and I finally got the courage to hire a personal trainer and join a gym other...

Birth control changes, PMS, and first bulk

Almost exactly a month ago, I switched over from the pill (Reclipsen) to Mirena IUD. I never had negative...

If I eat 1600 calories per day will I still gain weight?

I am 5'2" female. The calculator says 1800 per day is needed to gain 1 lb a week but I am often not meeting that goal. But I know I am at least above the amount needed to maintain current weight so my theory is that I will still gain some weight. It has been challenging to constantly eat and all...
