Should I focus on losing body fat or gaining muscle first?

Hi, I'm probably up at around 17-19% body fat. Should I do more cardio and maintain my muscle mass to lean out before I gain more muscle? I feel like a blob lol. Any advice would be great! Thanks bbs.

Can you recommend any photographers that have done photo shoots for bikini/figure just before competition time? I haven't. Found many photographers that cater to this area without lookin all cheesy.

Recovering endurance junkie (body comp q)

Tanning tips for female bodybuilders

I'm fairly new to bodybuilding, and I was wondering if anyone has good tanning recommendations to highlight the muscles on my body. For someone with fair skin like me, how dark do you recommend going? Do you recommend a spray tan, airbrush tan, or tanning in a bed? Any other tips are appreciated.

My goals are pretty specific and diet and exercise can only give me a portion of...
