Official olympic form check thread

Seeing as how form check threads appear constantly in other threads, why not this one? this thread will be used to help people with there form and keep form check threads to a minimal. Form check is on all olympic lifts including overhead press and powercleans.

Well, the snatch has one, so the C&J deserves one too =) I prefer it anyway... Feel free to post vids of record breaking C&J's, your own ones, tips on form, purpose of the exercise etc. Basically so anyone wanting to know anything about the lift can come here.

Official Olympic Lifting Form Tread

The olympic lifts have some of the hardest form to learn so I thought that a tread to help people learn proper form would be good. -Clean and Jerk- Preparation Stand over the barbell with the balls of the feet positioned under the bar slightly wider apart than hip width. Squat down and...

Olympic Lifting Gyms

Ok, this is more of a question really, and a thread everyone can contribute towards. If you know of any good gyms catered for Oly lifting, preferably with coaches, then post the info. If you know any in London it would be mighty helpful btw =D

Shoulder flexibility

I really enjoy Oly lifting and support exercises like the overhead squat, but really lack the shoulder flexibility to do them with any type of effective weight.
