Help me max

Hey oly lifters, I'm going to max out on power cleans two weeks from today. How would you recommend I warmup? like what percentages and whatnot, to use until i max out.... ex: 70%x2, 80%x1 90%x1 100%x1... and if it helps i plan on hitting somewhere between 265-275 pounds thanks

my maiden high pull and push press session

Only 45kg and did 3 x 10 sets for each. I squat 150kg and DL 200kg so I not that beat but its a different after feeling. Im shaking like a leaf in a storm. Is that enough volume? Should I be doing more?

Should I compete?

I do CrossFit... Let's get that out of the way. Haha. But, I thoroughly enjoy WL. My bodyweight at the moment is 78-80kg not 100% sure and my lifts are 125 C&J (training... Not sure what it would be in comp) 105kg Snatch (did this in a CrossFit comp without any Oly shoes.)

i m comfused it is better to have squat as first excersise,before the oly lifts? or do the lifts and left squat for the end? taking for granted that you lift more kg's on squat than the oly lifts
