Uneven shoulders in snatch

Dr8nfEAG8Gg As you can see my left shoulder doens't go as far back as my right and its been alrite for sub maximal weights but when it comes to the 200+ pound range it really affects my recovery. Anyone know how to fix it?

I heard that while the 1RM equations for lifts like squat, bench, and deadlift are generally close to the actual 1RM, but that the equations don't work for Oly lifts and its derivatives. How true is that statement?
