Eat back calories burned from running?

I eat around 2400 calories a day. I run 6x a week and burn anywhere from 380-700 calories on my runs. Would i just add those back into my fitness pal and eat them back if i’m trying to just maintain my weight and not be in a deficit?

Casein is overrated?

Ok, nothing against casein at all. Total calories have to constantly be increased as you gain muscle?

So I thought about this for a bit. You need about a 200 calorie surplus to "lean" bulk. However, if you gain 10lbs of muscle or so over a year, you will be burning an extra ~500 calories a day so technically your maintenance has to go up while surplus remains the same. I'm guessing that for someone...

If recomping is viable for you, does it take as long as a cutting AND bulking cycle?

So this question is a bit different from what has been asked regarding recomposition. We all know that on a recomp, muscle gain is slower as well as fat loss compared to a bulk or cut alone. When you compare a recomp to a bulk, it seems as if recomping is miles behind, allowing you to make gains at...

Easy, high calorie meals with chips?

My buddy used to make some kind of chip mix that was really good. It had crushed Hot Cheetos, imitation crab meat, a stick of butter, some mayo, and I cant remember what else. It actually tasted pretty good, and he used it as a post-workout meal for maximum calories. What are some "cheap, quick"...

Body fat set point theory questions

Currently on 1800 calories but my Carb intake is only 50g, I was going to follow the keto diet to shed. I am 189ibs but I want to get down to 170. I read you need 50g of carbs or under to lose weight, but I was wondering if there was any other way to cut with carbs? Thanks.

Is my 1900 calorie diet for cutting reasonable?

Hello guys, I was on 2100 calories but I wasn't losing any weight at all I was just maintaining. Today I started 1900 calories. My macros are 89g of carbs, 59g of fat and 200g of protein. Is that too much protein for such little calories? I'm 13 stone 9.
