Protein Diet Advice

So I am planning to on a protein diet for 1-2 weeks (100 g protein, max of 500 calories per day) to promote weight loss. I will also be doing upper body workouts and 5k cardio 3-4 times a week. But I am bit worried that it might struggle to build muscle (or worse, lose muscle). Any advice?
