I recommend this breakfast for hard gainers, who are people who find it hard to gain. Anyway, if you’re a hard gainer and find muscle gains hard to gain, here’s a good breakfast...

So yeah someone explain. To me what are "small meals" if I want to hit 4 to 5,000 calories in 8 meals a day with my protein being 300, carbs being 200 and fats be 40 or below (not including meat). So? How can this even be labeled out? I want to experiment and see if I see any difference at all....

Rate/weigh in in on my meal plan

Hi guys, TLDR: 6' 420 lbs, former athlete that really, really let myself go. At my ~10% b.f best I was around the low-mid 200's so I'm rather stocky. Training 4 times a week with 15 min cardio warm-up, sometimes a 5 min wind-down depending on exhaustion level and 1.25-1.75 hours of hard, heavy...

My BFP is roughly 19%, I weight 170. I've been bulking for the past 3 months, and went up from 153, 15% BFP, and I was wondering what kind of diet I should go on, I've been thinking a vegetarian one, to drop from 19% BFP to 13% over the next two months, while maintaining my strength gains. Another...
