Wtf atr these small meals

So yeah someone explain. To me what are "small meals" if I want to hit 4 to 5,000 calories in 8 meals a day with my protein being 300, carbs being 200 and fats be 40 or below (not including meat). So? How can this even be labeled out? I want to experiment and see if I see any difference at all....
