I made an article on why America doesn't want you to know about the Carnivore Diet.

I tackled some things like common myths, ancient/modern history of the diet, my theory on why America doesn't want you to know about it and why it's actually the most optimal diet for a human being. I would appreciate if you aren't immediately dismissive and tried to at least skim through some...

Cool Brahs - which is better, fried eggs or boiled eggs?

Fried eggs or boiled eggs? (I always thought boiled eggs were more nutritious because someof the nutrients get lost when fried due to the high heat?)

Water based protein shakes tips.

Hi, I am on a cutting phase and have to have my unflavored protein with water but I hate how runny and bad tasting it is. Does anyone have any tips on making it bearable? I have tried two scoops of pb2 but it’s still not great not. Any suggestions would be great.

All this time when i saw the name Snailsaurus I pictured a dinosaur/snail running around, like either a t-rex with a snail head, or a brontosaurus shaped snail. Then I just re-read and saw its missing letters.

I trimmed this steak to look like the state of Missouri. The 2 pieces that were trimmed off had an uncanny resemblance to Assyria and Zimbabwe. What do you do with your meat?
