Pan-fry vs Baking chicken

I’m getting really bored of baking chicken and wondering if pan frying it would be fine? It should be just as healthy as long as I’m not adding anything extra than I would baking it? Would probably just put a tbsp of coconut oil.

Whole wheat pasta protein

Hey! My main carb source is whole wheat pasta which contains 14g of protein per 100g. Today i got about 42g of protein from pasta. Is pasta a good protein source? I eat about 155-160g of protein a day so 42g of that is pasta. Is that okay? I've heard pasta is not a complete protein source. Thanks!
