Then I go home and eat a meal within the hour that has 40-50g of protein. If I intake 100g of protein in...

I'm 6'2 and 200 lbs. Should I cut or bulk?

I've been trying to do a bulk for the last 3-4 months and I've put on some weight. I feel like I've possibly put on too much weight in a short amount of time and feel like kind of a fata**, but don't want to drastically cut my weight at the first sign of any weight gain.

185cms, 80kg, 24%BF. How do I lose the BF%?

Hey I am 18 years of age. I am 185cms, have a weight of 80kg but my body fat % is 24! Isn't it too high considering I am 80kg for a 185cm stature? I am a vegetarian but I do eat egg. Also protein rich veggies are hard to come by as I am enrolled in a uni.
