Eating 142g carbs in one sitting

I understand too much protein eg excess of 60/70g is a bit too much for your body to absorb Is it the same with carbs because I have 300g carbs a day and about 142 of those come from one sitting? It’s just more convenient for me to have it all at once

What kind of hamburger mix do you eat?

By mix I mean the ratio of lean to fat on the label. Most stuff in the grocery stores is 80/20, but I see a ton of fat that comes of when it's cooked. I save the run off fat and soak bed crumbs in it, then feed it to birds in the snow. I shoot the starlings with a .22 so the cardinals can get...

Question Banking calories when bulking

Do you ever bank your calories on a bulk, just like some people do when they're cutting? By banking I mean saving some amount of calories over the course of a few days, then eating the saved amount in one meal as extra. Calories needed

I am 5'9" and weigh 200lb. I estimate I'm about 25%bf. My short term goal is to weigh about 180 at around 12%bf. Should my macros match my final goal no matter how far away it is from where I'm at? I don't really do any aerobics, just heavy lifting to grow.
