Whats your daily protein intake per kg/lbs?

My protein intake is more than 3g per kg(more than 1.5 per lbs) It is straight 3g per kg counting just complete proteins from meat whey eggs etc + maybe 30 grams from pasta/rice and other stuff. Id like to know what do you guys think is it too much? And whats urs?

Oil in canned tuna

So when I don't have any meat unfrozen for my meal I just pop 2 cans of tuna. I try to soak most of the oil (vegetable oil) out with paper towels, but it always stays pretty oily. How bad is it? It is probably just fat, but should I keep eating canned tuna or is the oil just bad news?
