Question Is too much unsaturated fat bad for you?

I’m 15 and my most common snack for bulking right now is almonds. I eat about 4 little packs a day, and they contain 13g of unsaturated fat, no saturated no trans, and 5g of proteinPER PACK. Is this too much unsaturated fat combined with my average diet of fats if I’m trying to bulk up?

calories for strength vs calories for modest weight gain

I'm trying to workout if a modest calorie surplus, say 250 calories over maintenance is enough for me to not only gain weight but also keep up with the linear progression of a routine such as fierce 5? What are peoples thoughts on this? would a larger surplus be more beneficial?
