Is it possible to gain muscle while losing/maintaining bf?

I'm 15 and trying to bulk up, I'm between an ectomorph or mesomorph, I'm skinny But not skinny fat, I'm around 10 percent body fat. I've heard that it's impossible to lose fat while gaining muscle but I've seen lots of transformations where people have gone from being skinny fat to being lean and...

How do you read Nutrition labels?

I'm confused. In reference to this image: Does the "Total Fat" mean the total amount of fat for the whole container, regardless of the number of servings, Is it also the same with "Total Carbohydrates"? As for "Protein", Since there's no "Total" indicated on it, I assume it's...

I probably have more than 5 years of data in the Myfitnesspal app on my phone, does that make it slower? My common sense would expect it does. Maybe someone has tried it. I'm considering starting with a new account if that makes it faster. I like when it feels super snappy. Edit: I'll try...

Questions on calorie counts & macros not matching up.

So when I calculate my macros, the protein, fat & carb intake never comes out what the calories of the food are. Is this common? Should I ignore it? Should I still count the calories of that food regardless if it does not match? For example, on the package of walnuts there are 210 calories...

How many calories above maintenance do you go for when bulking?

I have been losing too much weight, so I am trying to eat basically as many nutrient dense foods as I can in a day. I keep protein in the ballpark of .8-1g per/lb. I keep net carbs anywhere from 20-80 (rarely) and try to reel in cardio, even though I am an avid hiker. I would like to gain...

How is keto good for cutting?

I posted this in the keto forum but no one answered ;/. So I'm wondering how only 20%-30% of my calories from protein is efficient for cutting. Aren't I supposed to get 1g/lbm of protein to preserve muscle on a cut? 20%-30% is pretty far below these macros so why doesn't this become dangerous?

Gaining muscle but fat

So I know people always say you have to be in a calorie surplus to gain muscle. My question is: I have approximately 20-22% body fat. I’m about 237 lbs but could probably be at 215 and look really good. If I ate at a calorie deficit would my fat stores help fill the gap and still allow...
