No activity from our insightful mod that I'm aware of in about two weeks. If he decided he was done policing spam, I don't blame him, but I hope he's okay... Anyone have an idea?

Is my nutrition plan bad?

Hi! I need 3000 kcal each day. I struggle with eating 3000 kcals and therefore I use protein shakes. Is this a bad way to get 3000 kcal or is it unhealthy? In a day I eat: 2 protein shakes and the rest is bread and random dinner, and maybe something at the evening in form of bread. One...

Exclamation Lactose free milk?

Okay so as far as I'm aware most of the "good stuff" in milk is fat soluble so its attached to the fat and most of the "bad stuff" is the lactose. So when I seen this lactose free milk, I couldn't help but wonder its my new milk to use for drinks. I got the 3.25% whole milk as I do normally,...

Who has done a water fast?

Why? For how long? Results? I’ve used IF to help treat an ulcer (seems to have helped) and once did a 3 day fast just to try. I’m not advocating it but it could have its place….definitely NOT for building strength and muscle.

Do you get comments from the cashier when you buy food at the grocery store?

They ask me if they can come to my place for dinner. If I was single, I'd invite about half of them over. The other half are cows.
