Whole wheat pasta protein

Hey! My main carb source is whole wheat pasta which contains 14g of protein per 100g. Today i got about 42g of protein from pasta. Is pasta a good protein source? I eat about 155-160g of protein a day so 42g of that is pasta. Is that okay? I've heard pasta is not a complete protein source. Thanks!
