How to eat oats

Hi guys, So it's been nearly a year since I've 'eaten more' to try and gain some basic weight. Since then, I've gained about 11 kg (60-71kg so hurray?) by just eating like a normal human being but I've dropped back again since I just do not have an appetite. I know I am still ridiculously...

Hello guys. I did a 2-month agressive cut to drop fat quickly to get ready for my bulk. Lightbulb Protein vs Calorie absorption

So it's commonly said that the body can only absorb 40g protein per hour, but it's also said that the body will absorb most all of the calories ingested. How is it that the body is able to digest 10,000 calories a day, but only 40 grams of protein every 4 hours? If one were to eat 5,000 calories...

Are low carbs my best option?

I have been on a deficit for the past 2 weeks and have not lost a single pound. I do hit my daily fats and daily protein and I just fill the rest with carbs. Should I be eating more protein and lower the carbs or should I go on a deeper deficit?

Bit of an odd question on macro density of foods

So let's take zuchini for example. According to MFP, 300 grams of zuchini is only 51 calories because it's made up of 9 grams carbs, 1 g fat and 4 g protein. That means that the macro density is only 5% of the total weight. What is the other 286 g made up of? Obviously this is a stark contrast to...
