I just watched the game changers and I have a criticism and question.

Im about half way through the movie, I'll finish later but I have some questions. My only criticism so far, is that EVERY "plant is better than meat' argument they give is only comparing 2 types of the extremes. which are 1. High fat high protein diets from meat. 2. High fat high protein...

How do you calculate the calories in a bolognese sauce?

When I do a bolognese. I add the meat and the sauce, what I wonder is then when I am dishing it up. I weigh it to 300g grams, there is not much sauce in the mix, how would you estimate the meat to be, would you take a way lets say 50g from the total? Thanks.
