How do you calculate the calories in a bolognese sauce?

When I do a bolognese. I add the meat and the sauce, what I wonder is then when I am dishing it up. I weigh it to 300g grams, there is not much sauce in the mix, how would you estimate the meat to be, would you take a way lets say 50g from the total? Thanks.
