20g of carbs vs 50g of carbs a day?

Hi guys, I've noticed that some people recommend having 20g of carbs or less per day while on keto but others have suggested that it can be 50g. Is there any weight loss advantage to having 20g of carbs instead of 50g? is fat loss faster on 20g? Thanks
