Is it okay for a skinny dude to eat junk food?

17yr, 181cm, 65kg And with "junk food", I mean cheeseburgers. I dont eat any fried food or drink soda. Just buy like 2-3 small cheeseburgers from burger king after lifting weights so I can easily get my calories in there to try and step over the 3000 calories line. Daily I eat around 7 eggs...

Not eating enough.

The only way to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit right? I spoke to a personal trainer (who may I add studied to be a personal trainer at college) why my weight had stalled as I wasn’t actually sure. I thought I was eating in a deficit when I clearly wasn’t ( I am now and the scale is...

I'm 6'2 and weigh 200 lb and ultimately I'm trying to get a leaner look while building muscle. The obvious suggestion would be to go on a cutting cycle. I'm very...
