Greek yogurt Y/N?

I came across Greek Yogurt from Trader Joe’s and have been mixing it with granola as a snack. Is this a good snack or a bad snack if I want to lose belly chub and get tight abs? I saw that it’s high in trans fat, 1cup is 50% of daily recommended need. Anyone else eat Greek yogurt or stay away...

I was so sure I was plateaued for weeks but stuck to my diet and exercise routine ( a few accidental binges- oops ). A few weeks ago now I got on the scale as just like I do every morning and over that week lost about 7 pounds. I’ve now been at that same weight for 2 weeks again. Is this how...

Cardio vs. eating less

My cut is stalling and I do not want to cut my calories any lower. If I burn, say, 100 calories on a treadmill, would that be equivalent to just eating 100 calories less?

Question Concerned with the amount of carbs my coach is telling me to eat during this cut!

So I started working with coach for more accountability, and its been great in regard to that and the workouts/advice. I am a F, 139lbs, 5'2", age 25 and I started the cut at a really good place. I had been eating about 250-300 carbs and sticking to around 135-140g protein before the cut and not...
