Is dried fruit a healthy snack or junk food? It seems to have a lot of sugar but it's FRUIT for crying out loud! I ask in the context of weight loss - my scheme is to limit calories, carbs, fat and not eat after 5 PM. Oh yeah, and work out too of course.
