No Gains

Hi all, New to the board! I’m 5’ 10” and 153 pounds. I used to be 180, but I cut down from January to August. I believe I’m an endomorph if that matters. I’ve never had a lot of muscle and am fairly new to lifting. Also I’m 26 years old. I started bulking in October. I eat about 2,900-300...

How many calories above maintenance do you go for when bulking?

I have been losing too much weight, so I am trying to eat basically as many nutrient dense foods as I can in a day. I keep protein in the ballpark of .8-1g per/lb. I keep net carbs anywhere from 20-80 (rarely) and try to reel in cardio, even though I am an avid hiker. I would like to gain...

Counting Net Weight vs Drained Weight

I've been dealing with this problem for quite a while and really can't seem to find a solution for it; Basically, say I have canned chickpeas, the net weight is 300 grams and the drained weight is 200 grams, assume there are 5 grams of protein and 80 calories per serving of 100 grams. If I ate...
