Ground hamburger meat everyday???

Hello, I am currently a week into a Keto diet. I have access to well discounted hamburger meat. I always get the leanest possible, and I take time to make sure I get as much fat out as possible, to the point that the meat is really dry (which I actually like so taste isn’t a problem). I’ve heard a...

Question Nutrition coming back into the gym

I’m going home next week after 3 months of traveling, and not having a gym, as well as very little dietary restriction, just conscious decisions not to overindulge mostly. Obviously I’ve seen loss in muscle mass, a small amount of fat gain on top of what I did have before I left. My big question...

How do you prevent milk from frothing?

I make shakes with milk and frozen veg/fruit in a Vitamix. It's convenient and tastes good. The problem is the result comes out to something like 60% liquid and 40% froth which is difficult to drink. Suggestions?
