Eat back calories burned from running?

I eat around 2400 calories a day. I run 6x a week and burn anywhere from 380-700 calories on my runs. Would i just add those back into my fitness pal and eat them back if i’m trying to just maintain my weight and not be in a deficit?

Getting to be cut time over here. What's the way to go -- higher deficit for a short time, or smaller deficit for longer? Looking to maintain muscle as much as possible, will keep protein high regardless.
