Go order takeout from your favorite local restaurant/coffee shop one last time

If you are somewhere that is locked down, i suggest going to grab food/drink from your favorite local place one last time. Most ma and pop shops aren’t going to last after all this is said and done. A lot of times after places close I wish i could eat there one last time. Now is that time.

What’s up all? Can someone please tell me if there are bodybuilders who are jacked 200lbs plus but because of their energy genetic requirements they have a very low energy demand? For example a 200lb bodybuilder that requires only 1500 calories or less in energy?

Cutting 1lb a month vs 2lb???

I have decided I want to very slowly cut bodyfat for the rest of 2020 since I'm currently at 17-18% BF. Is there any benefit to cutting 1lb a month compared to 2lbs a month???. I feel cutting a lb per week is too fast. I don't want to lose the strenght I have built. I'm 5ft 10 and 186lbs.
