Eat back calories burned from running?

I eat around 2400 calories a day. I run 6x a week and burn anywhere from 380-700 calories on my runs. Would i just add those back into my fitness pal and eat them back if i’m trying to just maintain my weight and not be in a deficit?

Is 145g enough protein for the day?

I have 2 protein shakes per day ( 2 scoops each time ) and the rest of protein I get it from food I have 1 G protein per body weight so I weight 145 pounds I have 145 G protein total per day is this necessary? can I have less and still be able to build lean muscle ?
