180 lbs, cutting at 2k calories. Eating (imo) a ridiculous amount of volume and still find myself hungry throughout the day so I can only assume it's ghrelin and leptin causing the issues? Any tips for 'manipulating' these hormones? I'm just at home studying this summer so maybe it's boredom...
