Macros Importance

I have a question I am currently on shortcut to shred phase 2 my macros are 240.3protein 160.2carbs and 80.1 fats I would like to know if I should be exact on my macros to see results or is it fine if I go off some days of about a half a gram max a gram each? Thanks
