Calories during week off?

Taking the week off as my body is hurting quite a bit from weights and Hockey. As of October I've been bulking so am wondering now, what should I do for this week? Should I eat at maintenance with the no exercise or eat slightly less than maintenance? Thank you

Talking i want to maintain muscle while losing fat

i saw a video last night about if i want to have a nice body after weight loss, i should eat 1 gram of protein per pound. that means i need 265 grams a day. i'm meal planning and having a hard time reaching 265 without going over calories.

Farm Eggs and Racing Heart

Such a odd thing. Some farm eggs give me heart palpitations and others don't. I think it's the feed or the breeds or both. Who the heck knows. I do know that some farmers feed their birds kelp which contains iodine but I eat salt which contains iodine and no big deal. Has this happened to you guys?
