Strech marks everywhere 16 years old male

I have strechmarks literally everywhere: buttocks, calfs, back, shoulders, hips and 2 samll an my knees. I have grown about 10 cm (4 in) and gained 10-13kg (25-30lbs) in the last 3 years. I don't know why I have so many of them. Anyone can help?
