Some pastas' nutrition labels show about 40g of carbs and around 200 calories.Other ones, show 70 carbs, and calories at about 360, with fat and protein marcos at pretty much the same level.None of them have specified ingredients they are made of.Both are you regular ,,yellow" pasta, none of that...

Unhappy 0.3g/lb fat, How impact it is in short and long term

Hey guys, I really love carbs and i'm cutting.. Sometimes i eat 0.3g fat / lbs and sometimes 0.5g fat /lbs.. but more often on 0.3gf/lbs.. How much impact to decrease fat intake to 0.3g/lb in short and long term.. I'm 198lbs / 23 years / 181cm

Confused about how many calories I need to eat per day

4,000 calories binge every one day of the week
