Am I eating too little?

Hi Guys, I've calculated my TDEE at around 3.2k for maintenance. However, I am tracking everything I eat (trying to eat less) and am hitting about 1,980 calories per day. Is this too little? I've lost about 2kg in 3 weeks which is not huge, but am going gym 3-4 times a week and cardio sessions...

Why are people afraid of fat?

When I watch videos of bodybuilders eating I only see them eating boring meals like chicken and rice with nothing else. Maybe a couple of veggies at most. Why won't they eat better tasting meals?
