Eating needed calories but mostly protein, will I lose fat?

So let’s say my body needs 2000 calories if I do nothing. If I lift and eat 2300 calories a day, will I lose fat? Assuming the 2300 is all grilled chicken breasts, tuna, shrimp so no carbs or fat, sugar. Will I lose fat that way?
