High Carb on Workout Days, High Fat on Rest Days?

Does anyone else try to increase carbs/limits fat on workout days, and limit carbs/increase fats on rest days? If so, what is the nutritional reason behind this, other than all those carbs will help fuel our workouts? If this is the case, why would we want to decrease fats on these days? ...

Question About The No Sugar Diet...

I'm thinking about trying to reduce my sugar intake. I have a question though. I see people talk about this no sugar diet, does that only included added sugars as opposed to all sugars? If I was to cut all added sugar and only have natural sugars, are the sugars in milk considered all natural?
