Not getting stronger/gaining weight

Gaining too much fat when bulking.

I’m currently bulking and seem to just be gaining fat and not any noticeable muscle. Just wondering if I’m doing anything wrong. I’m 5’6 and weight 10stone. My macros are 2800 calories , with about 160 protein 380-400 carbs and about 50-60 fat. Any help would be appreciated.

Seafood question (fish)

Question about my body

I'ma 6'1 male weighing 204 pounds. MY bmi says im overweight at 26.9 bmi. A bodyfat calculator says im at 13% bodyfat though, which would put me at a healthy bodyweight. Should I be worried about health problems due to being overweight?
