Taking a week off

Hi everyone it's been a long time hope you are doing well. So as the title says I'm taking a week off (health issues) but I can keep my diet in check. I was thinking should I keep my protein intake the same or lower it a bit since I'm not working out?

Maingaining

I am currently lean bulking and am up to 170 lbs at 5 ft 5, and I’m debating dropping to maintenance calories to do somewhat of a recomp for at least a few months or doing a mini cut for about a month. Red face Fruit vs Starch for glycogen

I have a genetic condition where I'm highly sensitive to retaining water and have to be careful of my salt/water/carb intake. Would fruits therefore be a good substitute for starches for glycogen replenishment, since they contain mostly water but do also contain simple sugars? Thanks.
