Which activity level?

I'm confused. I hit the gym 3 times a week, with each session lasting an hour and a half. I also run for about 30 to 40 minutes 3 times a week. I have a sedentary job. Do I multiply my BMR by 1.55 or 1.725? A different level makes a HUGE difference. Hence why I'm asking.
