Does your maintenance calorie change after you lose weight?

Been cutting for the past 5 weeks and lost about 5 pounds but now I'm on vacation with no access to a gym. I'm trying to calculate my Macros. When looking at Fats and Carbs, the labels read: Fat: 10g - of which saturates 5g. Carbs: 10g - of which sugars 5g. Do I take the whole figure into account or only the portion which saturates and is sugar?
