I feel like if I don't take anything that my muscle will break down after training. I also heard...

Carbs

I just ran the numbers and realized that if I pretty much went all protein (eggs, chicken breast, protein shake), I would still have nearly 1000 calories left over. Inadequate protein, what happens?

I'm new here so I apologize if this has been asked before. If you do major work outs, but fail to consume the right amount of protein for your muscles to recover, what happens?

A greasy egg sandwich

You guys do the egg whites or the whole egg for gains? Isn't all the nutrients in the yolk? My Dad always told me sissies are scared of the yolk. Before a big lift yolks would provide benefit over just the whites???

Oatmeal calories.

When ever I see oatmeal for a meal they say “1/2 cup oatmeal” or whatever. Do they mean dry or cooked oatmeal? These are two very different calorie counts and also 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal is nothing. I mean, I’m hungry 40 min after I eat that.

Much debated topic !

One of the most discussed topics, whether it is measured raw or cooked, do you think food is measured raw or cooked? In many discussions they say that carbohydrates / proteins / fats are definitely measured raw, do you think this is true?

I've been eating too little,

Smile Scale not moving - should I reduce my calories further?

Morning guys. I’ve been working out again over the past few weeks, after a very long layoff away from the gym. I’m definitely steadily getting stronger again (almost workout to workout), but my weight and body fat has stayed pretty constant (6’, 175 pounds, around 20%). 20% is still pretty high...

Recovering After Cheat Meal

Hey guys. So in the past, I tried to completely go clean and eat healthy. It always worked great for a while, but then I'd burn myself out and break down to finally eating dirty again and lose all my progress. This time around I allowed myself one indulgent meal a week. (Pizza, Cake, Lasagna,...
