Gaining strength but losing weight?

I'm gaining strength but losing a little bit of weight. Should I increase my calories or keep them the same? I'm currently lean bulking.

I ate all of my calories for the day and then lifted weights. Do I still need to eat?

Due to unforseen circumstances, I ate all of my calories by 4pm without working out. I lifted weights from 7:30pm-9pm. Do I still need to eat to help recover, or can I skip this meal?

Unhappy Where am I going wrong?

Okay so I have been consistent with lifting for a month now. I do push/pull/legs every week and do cardio 3x a week for half an hour after my resistance training.
